2.1 A minimum age of 18 applies for registration on Sportpools.net. 3.4 Participants in a promotional subleague must reside for the duration of a game in the Netherlands or Belgium in order to qualify for a prize.
3.5 Winners of prizes in groups organized by third parties via Sportpools.net's platform are not the responsibility of Sportpools.net.
3.6 The prizes can not be paid in cash. Each prize is personal and therefore can not be transferred to third parties. If the winner can not or will accept an award in the form in which it is offered, the right to the prize expires.
3.7 Sportpools.net is, if applicable, responsible for paying the gambling tax due on the winnings paid. This applies only to the general pools organized by Sportpools.net and explicitly not to the groups organized by third parties via the Sportpools.net platform.
